Prepared Programs

The Zoo has many programs available for schools, service clubs, scouting groups, church groups, and other youth-oriented groups. Each presentation is approximately 20 minutes long and includes hands on activities. These programs highlight Zoo operations and the many wonders of the animal world. We have several prepared programs to select from, with subjects such as Mammals, Birds, Reptiles, Endangered Species, Rainforests, and more.. Program Costs

A $150.00 donation is requested for each program, with 100% of proceeds going toward support and development of our Education Department.

For programs that require travel, Zoo staff will travel 30 miles roundtrip at no additional charge. However, to properly maintain our equipment and vehicles, all programs beyond a 30-mile roundtrip radius are charged an additional mileage expense, as follows:
